Since 1990, we and the First Interstate BancSystem Foundation have invested $100 million in community giving across the places we serve.
That combined support helps fund nonprofit programs, strengthen local services, and back employees who volunteer with community partners.
“This milestone reflects what we can do together,” said Jim Reuter, President and CEO of First Interstate. “We’re grateful to support nonprofits and community programs, and we’re committed to continuing that work across our 10-state footprint.”
To mark the milestone, we will host company-wide Community Open Houses on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 2 to 4 p.m. local time.
Open houses are walk-in events. Activities will vary by location, and may include:
- Refreshments
- Family-friendly activities
- Nonprofit spotlights and local community highlights
