Enabling JavaScript in Google Chrome

On Your Computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux)
  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) icon in the top-right corner to open the menu, then select Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, click Privacy and security.
  4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
  5. Scroll down to the "Content" section and click JavaScript.
  6. Select the option Sites can use JavaScript to allow JavaScript globally (this is the recommended setting).
  7. If you want to allow or block JavaScript for specific sites, you can add their URLs to the "Not allowed to use JavaScript" or "Allowed to use JavaScript" lists in the "Customized behaviors" section below the main toggle.
  8. Close the Settings tab and refresh the web page you were visiting for the changes to take effect.

On Your Android Phone or Tablet
  1. Open the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the three vertical dots (⋮) icon in the top-right corner, then tap Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Site settings under the "Advanced" section.
  4. Tap JavaScript.
  5. Turn the toggle switch to the On position.

Note: JavaScript is always on by default in the Chrome app for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) and cannot be manually disabled through settings.

If JavaScript is enabled but still not working, it may be due to a browser extension (like an ad blocker or privacy tool). Try disabling your extensions or clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
