Commitment to Community Volunteer Day

On Wednesday, September 13, all First Interstate Bank locations closed at noon so our employees could participate in our annual Commitment to Community Volunteer Day.

Helping our neighbors, particularly those most in need, is central to First Interstate’s mission. That’s why more than 3,100 employees lent their strength to volunteer projects in 223 communities, bringing much-needed support to nonprofit organizations. Projects included financial literacy trainings, combating food insecurity, building affordable housing, and creating hygiene and wellness kits for people struggling with homelessness.

Here’s how we served the communities we call home.
