Mortgage

I want to make a voluntary lump sum payment to satisfy my escrow shortage. How can I do that?

Service: Mortgage | Updated: June 21st, 2024

Answer:

Escrow shortage payments can be made online at firstinterstatebank.com. Simply log into your online banking, select “My Mortgage,” then choose “Payments” to view your options. Payments can also be made by mail to the address on your billing statement, or in person at any First Interstate Bank branch.
