With telephone banking you can obtain balance information on your checking, savings, CD, or loan account; verify transactions on your account; make account transfers; and have account statements faxed to you.
Before using our Day and Night Telephone Banking service, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Once you have entered your account number, you will be asked for a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN defaults to the last four digits of your social security number. You may change your PIN at any time by listening to the menu options and choosing "Change your Personal Identification Number."
Our automated telephone banking system is easy to use. Simply follow the instructions given to you over the telephone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. If you need to talk to one of our Client Contact Center personnel, simply press zero. Our representatives are available to help Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MT and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
