How do I add an authorized user to my personal credit card?

Answer:

Please call Payment Services at 855-342-3400 to request a consumer credit card application to add an authorized user. Complete and sign the form. The authorized user will be issued a card in his or her name and receive it in 7 to 10 business days. Please note: The authorized user will not be responsible for payments on the account, nor will he or she have any authority to make changes on the account.
