Answer:

You can manage loan information, including address, phone number, and email, online. The primary borrower can update the mailing address by logging into Online Banking, selecting "My Mortgage" at the top of the page, and clicking on "My Loan." If you are a co-borrower or prefer to send a signed, written request, you can visit any First Interstate branch, send a secure email to HLServicing@fib.com, or mail it to:
