How do I change my name on my personal credit card account (due to marriage or divorce)?

Answer:

Send a copy of your marriage license or divorce decree along with a written, signed request to have your name changed. Requests can be emailed to creditcards@fib.com or mailed to the following address:

PO Box 30918
Billings, MT 59116

If you have already provided the documentation to the bank, just an email will suffice.
